So, you have welcomed a new child into your family. Congratulations!

You have probably spent a lot of time planning and preparing for this big transition, for you and your family.

And now it is time to return to work. Maybe you are really eager to return to work – for financial reasons or for your mind. Or maybe it is something you have been dreading. Either way, this is going to be another big transition for you and your family – and you do not have to do it alone.

My Returning to Work After Baby program is the support I wish I had when I stepped back into work after the birth of my son, Arthur.

It is designed for people just like you, parents who have welcomed a new child into their family and are either planning their return to work, or have gone back to work.

Together we look at the HOW of going back to work including:
time management
priority management
setting boundaries
managing expectations (yours and those of the people around you)

Over a period of 6 months, we meet weekly to set work goals and work though them. The aim is to ease you into the juggle and to support you through this next phase.

Our meetings will be via phone or Zoom, so you don’t need to worry about childcare – you can have them there with you. Bonus: you don’t even need to shower (I know how hard that can be in those early days).
